Do you have an idea for a new product, and you are not sure how to make it? Do you need a specific component according to a designed model? In each case we can help you. Our expertise in the design and manufacture of elastic material products stems from over 25 years of experience and knowledge of the requirements of many different branches of industry. We will be happy to advise you on the best solution, taking into account the function and working conditions of the final product. We can support you in both the design of the product and the selection of the optimum material for its manufacture. We work according to our motto: Your idea - our solutions!
If you come to us with a finished design and model, our team of engineers, technologists and designers will first subject it to a feasibility study. At this stage, we identify potential risks to the production process and suggest possible cost and process optimisations. Thanks to many years of experience in design and use of silicone and thermoplastic elements in various branches of industry, we can take a broader look and analyse the whole fragment of the design, not just a specific element.
The developed product design is sent to the design team, who on its basis prepare a design drawing of a tool in 3D format in the CAD/CAM system. We use the latest versions of Catia and Unigraphics NX software. The model then goes to the tool department, where a prototype mould is made on CNC machines. In the case of extrusion dies for extruded products - much simpler to make than injection moulds - the profile drawing goes to the tool room, where it is made on wire EDMs.
A trial mould, a production mould or an extrusion die goes to the production department, where under the supervision of technologists, a trial lot is produced. The products are checked by the quality control department, and the parameters of the trial lot are recorded in the ERP system. Conclusions from the trials are analysed by the team responsible for project implementation that orders the design or tooling department to make corrections or releases the mould for serial production.
Product development does not end with the transfer to the production department. During the whole product life cycle, we continuously analyse it and optimise the process. We are aware of the challenges faced by our customers in the face of increasing global competition and we continually strive to increase their competitive advantage, at least as far as our contribution to the respective device is concerned.
